My husband and I did some pretty extensive research on baby monitors. I won’t bore you with a bunch of text, instead I will get straight to the point on why we picked each monitor and the pros and cons to having a wifi monitor and a non-wifi monitor. Both of these cameras are about $150 - so they do not break the bank. We will be taking the VAVA on vacation with us. Overall, my favorite is the VAVA monitor, but the Owlet does have some perks to it, too!

I think that one thing a lot of new moms and parents stress out about is what to pack in your hospital bag. I have heard from almost everyone that the hospital provides ALL the necessities you need and all of the things you bring from home are purely for your own comfort. This being said, I would not stress about bringing the “perfect” items. I might not even use all of the things I pack, but I would rather be prepared than to wish I had brought something I didn’t.
